Heavy-duty scales are used for static weighing of heavy loads. They are installed in metallurgical enterprises, heavy machinery, oil production and refining, agro-industrial complexes, logistics centers, and metal depots.

It is permissible to weigh on weighing equipment of this category:

• rolled metal products: pipes, blanks, rolled sheets;
• 20-foot dry cargo containers;
• compact loads up to 50 tons with external dimensions up to 2400x4500.

These scales cannot be used for heavy-duty vehicles. Special car scales are used for weighing vehicles.

Udar scales are designed for static measurement of the mass of goods moved by cranes (crane beams). The scales allow commercial weighing of goods with a total weight of up to 50 tons.
